Academy Award winner Tom Hanks reveals that he has started recording as Sheriff Woody for the fourth installment.
It seems production on our favorite children’s animated film has started. That’s right, Toy Story 4 is officially being made! Tom Hanks recently confirmed the news that production has started on the film.

The 59 years old Academy Award winning actor recently stopped at The Graham Norton Show. Hanks who voice the character of Sheriff Woody revealed he is working on Toy Story 4. While in the UK, Hanks shared he has started recording for Toy Story 4.
Hanks also shared the fourth installment will arrive in theaters in 2018. Hanks stated the release will take a long time and everyone is working on the film. Hanks also has a recording session scheduled for the 2nd of December, 2015.
The actor then talked about the recording sessions for the previous Toy Story movies. According to Hanks he had some difficulties while recording for the previous films. To voice Woody Hanks needs to bring about extra energy which made his diaphragm stressed. Hanks had to put ices on his diaphragm to relax again.
The upcoming Toy Story 4 will reportedly focus on bringing back Bo. Bo had been missing from the last film Toy Story 3. Woody and Buzz will team up to find where BO is and bring her back.

The fourth installment of Toy Story will be directed by John Lasseter. Rashida Jones has been reported as one of the writers on the film. Right now Toy Story 4 has a release date of 15th June, 2018 in the US.
