TLC might have wanted to call Honey Boo Boo's family up before they called the disgraced Duggars Just recently, they announced that they would have deals with the Duggar girls to highlight them giving birth. This comes after a sexual assault and pedophilia was discovered from the Duggar's oldest child. If you remember correctly, Mama June Shannon and Honey Boo Boo's show was cancelled after Mama June Shannon allegedly started dating a registered sex offender.

"TLC has cancelled the series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and ended all activities around the series, effective immediately," TLC said at the time. "Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children's ongoing comfort and well-being."
At the time, there was no proof that Mama June was dating the man and the two haven't been spotted together.
It seems that TLC doesn't have to take a stand because Mama June Shannon and Honey Boo Bo are coming back to TV, per an announcement from Mama June's Facebook.
“Ok for everyone [who] asked if we are going to be back on TV, the answer is yes and it will be very soon,” Mama June shared, explaining that her family’s new show will not be on TLC but on another station. She also said that the family is "excited" about the new show. It is rumored to debut in December
“It will not be Here Comes Honey Boo Boo kind of thing but it will be reality TV and it will be real and unscripted like we have always ever been, that's [the] only kind of TV we believe in and we want you all to see the true side of all of us,” her statement continued. “We want to say thanks to our fans that have stuck by us and continue to support us through the thick and thin. We love you all and we appreciate each and every one of y’all.”
