Xbox One New Update Brings Backward Compatibility And New UI

Latest Xbox One Update brings a refreshed UI.

Microsoft has released an important update for the Xbox One. The new update rolls out two very significant new features.

First being, the new Xbox One Experience, which is based on Windows 10 and the other, is Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

The new update brings a new Dashboard and a guide. The basic reason behind this all is to make the experience faster and better than before.

The focus is not only on performance but also in reducing time for several time-consuming things.

The new guide is basically a centre for all your messages, friends, settings, parties, apps and notifications.

The guide will slide over from the left side as an overlay on the Dashboard. It can be opened during using an app or even while playing a game, so the important things are just across your single touch.

The second important feature of the new update is the Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

The users can now easily play over a hundred Xbox 360 games on their console. More games are expected to be coming soon.

The titles for the games can be downloaded from the store if originally you have purchased them in the past, digitally.

If you have the games on a disc than the disc will be entered into the Xbox One, the game will then be downloaded from the store.

The disc will, sort of, act as a DRM. The users can also play multiplayer within these games with Xbox 360 owners.

They will also have access to new Xbox One features, like in-home streaming, Game DVR, and screenshots.

The update is available so all the proud owners can enjoy these features now!
