Huawei revealed their new fast charging lithium-ion batteries. The company revealed their astonishing new item at the 56th Battery Symposium in Japan.

Huawei, regarding its new batteries, claimed that it can be charged to nearly half capacity in mere few minutes.
Huawei said in a press release that by using the advanced next-gen technologies, the new batteries have achieved remarkable charging speed.
The new super fast charging capability is ten times faster when compared to the normal batteries.
The quick charging batteries underwent many rounds of testing, and have been certified by Huawei's terminal test department.
Huawei introduced its new technology to the world by proudly showing off a 600 mAh battery.
The battery charged to 68% capacity in just two minutes which stunned the live audience present at the battery symposium.
There was also a 3000 mAh battery, which charged up to 48% capacity in just five minutes.
The company, in the press release also explained the manufacturing and production of the batteries.
As per the statement, the company joined heteroatoms to the molecule of graphite in anode.
This was the catalyst for the capture and transmission of lithium through carbon bonds.

Huawei further explained that it is due to the presence of heteroatoms that the charging speed and the battery life are increased.
