Actually there is only one standard 32-inch TV advertised at a lower on Black Friday. Target will offer a $99.99 32-inch Westinghouse WD32HT1360 LED TV on Black Friday. For $25 more you get integrated Smart TV functionality powered by Roku.

You could argue that smart TV sticks will sell for $25 on Black Friday as well. So you could get the Westinghouse TV at Target and a $24.99 Fire Stick at Amazon. Let's find out which TV is the better choice.
The TCL 32S3750 features include 720p, 60Hz, 3 HDMI ports, Wi-fi, 3,500,000:1 dynamic contrast ration, 2x 4W speakers, Dolby Digital Plus, Tuner and USB port.
Target's Westinghouse WD32HT1360 features include 720p, 60Hz, 1,000:1 static contrast ratio, 3 HDMI ports, 2x 6W speakers, DTS Audio, Tuner and USB port.
Both TVs have similar specifications and will likely have a similar picture quality. Both are bargain TVs and will be hard to get on Black Friday. If you do not need the Smart TV functionality the $99.99 Westinghouse is the obvious choice. If you want smart TV function then you can go either way. An external smart TV device is more flexible. A built-in Smart TV is more convenient.
There is a new TCL 32S3850 Smart TV with TCL's new two-feet stand design available on Amazon. It is possible that Amazon will match the Walmart TCL 32S3750 deal with a $125 TCL 32S3850 offer.
