Artec will showcase its High resolution portable 3D scanner and the Shapify booth which is an instant full-body 3D scanner.

Artec will be one of the biggest names in consumer technologies at CES 2016. The company will range of hi-resolution 3D scanners at the CES 2016. Artec will feature its hand held scanners and the Shapify Booth full body 3D scanner.

Attendees will be able to immortalize themselves in 3D in the Artec Shapify Booth. The Shapify booth is the ultimate automatic full-body scanning technology by Artec. The booth takes only 12 seconds to scan a person. The Shapify booth takes 15 minutes to produce a ready-for-print 3D model in full color. 

Artec has also developed Space Spider which is a handheld 3D scanner. This handheld scanner was developed for scanning at the International Space Station. The Space Spider device made its debut on the market in 2015.

The Space Spider is a robust ultra-precise handheld prototype scanner. The scanner can demonstrate high-quality repeatability of scanning results. The scanner can work even in the changing ambient conditions.

The Space Spider will be displayed on the Artec stand. Accompanying the Spider will be the device Eva. Eva is one of Artec's most recognizable models. Eva features the largest field of view and highest scanning speed of handhelds.

The data collected by the scanners is processed in the comprehensive software, Artec Studio 10. The software features powerful algorithms that automate much of editing and post-processing.

The CES is owned and produced by CTA and will take place from January 6-9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
