YouTube has compiled the best videos of the this year to make a compilation and they are calling it YouTube Rewind 2015. Along with this video, YouTube also unveil the new Trending tab to find the viral videos.

YouTube is celebrating its 10th year this year and every day YouTube celebrates more and more users accessing the site for quality content in videos. As this year draws to a close, YouTube has compiled the top trending videos of this year.

The video selection has been based on the amount of time people spent watching, sharing, commenting, liking, and more. Over 150 YouTube creators from all over the world got together to revive the best moments of 2015.

The most outstanding viral clips from YouTube history were also featured in the compilation. The whole compilation together resulted in the instalment of YouTube’s annual Rewind video.  

YouTube Rewind features everything from YouTube dance prodigies, some of viewers’ favourite TV personalities, an epic plastic ball fight, and even a remix from Avicii. The lists were topped by one of the year's biggest dance trends Whip/ Nae Nae in Watch Me by Silento. 

The videos included were watched for over 25 million hours and were created by powerhouse channels with over 40 million subscribers between them. This year four television moments made the top Trending Videos list which is a new in the YouTube history.

Three of them are late night TV videos of widely popular YouTube trends which include the lip sync battle, the in-car singalongs, and the reading of mean tweets. 

YouTube claims that people love late night TV on YouTube. Most viewers spend time catching up on late-night clips like Corden, Fallon and Kimmel nearly doubled in the last year alone. 2015 also saw some of the fastest-rising videos of all time on YouTube.

Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" reached over 1 billion views in just 6 months. Paul Walker’s death definitely kicked in the gears for the song. Adele’s return also made it to the top when she reached the top 10 in just a few weeks.

The new trending tab in the YouTube app claims to deliver the top trending videos directly to Android, iOS, and desktop device. YouTube claims that it is the best way to catch the videos, creators, and trends that people watch, share, and talk about each and every day.
