Aboard the ISS the astronauts took some pretty cool pics many of which NASA posted online for all the geeky astronomers to see their sheer beauty. Here are the best 15 photographs which will bedazzle you:

1. Lake Chad in the Sahara

The desert landscape from the Sahara and the Sahel sure presented a dusty and arid sight. Lake Chad is more than 200 km long. It is a vast region with a lake basin that appears to be parched from the desert sun.
