NXT-ID, Inc. is a biometric authentication company. The company has been focusing on the mobile commerce market. The company was also responsible for creating the Wocket smart wallet.

NXT-ID announced they will be coming to the CES 2016 exhibition very soon. The Wocket smart wallet was first released at CES 2015. It was also named as the top ten tech gadgets at CES 2015.
At CES 2016 NXT-ID will display its new NFC (Near field communication) payment technology. The capabilities of the NFC will be demonstrated at the CES 2016. The Wireless Magnetic payment technology (WiMag) by NXT-ID will also be displayed.
Gino Pereira is the CEO of NXT-ID. According to Pereira, in 2015 they received a tremendous reception for the public preview of Wocket. In 2016 they will again be demonstrating their leading edge technology. Their new products will demonstrate the new EMV chip technology.

Now, 12 months later, we are again demonstrating leading edge technology and adapting to the new EMV chip technology by demonstrating NFC capable Wockets that will be delivered starting in December this year. We will also show attendees a future wireless magnetic payment technology that has the ability to make tokenized payments wirelessly at Traditional Point of Sale (POS) terminals. We will be launching these technologies in 2016 in collaboration with major stakeholders in the payment space."
The NFC capable Wockets will be available in the US starting from December 2015. At CES 2016 they will show the attendees a future wireless magnetic payment technology.
The tech has the ability to make tokenized payments wirelessly. The payments can be made at Traditional Point of Sale (POS) terminals. The wireless payment tech will be launched very soon in 2016.
The Wocket wallet will be displayed at the booth # 21632. Similarly the Wocket smart wallet will be featured on the 5th of January before the CES opens.
The Consumer Electronics Show showcases more than 3,600 exhibiting companies. The CES conference program has more than 200 conference sessions. It will also have more than 150K attendees from 150 countries.
