Samsung seems to be eager to show off its new fridge. The new Samsung fridge seems like a fridge/smartphone hybrid. The first official teaser photos of the fridge were released by Samsung before its official debut.

The hybird fridge will mark its global debut at the CES 2016. The official photos were posted online by Samsung . The fridge is being called the ‘Family Hub Refrigerator’ according to The Verge.
The design is like a normal fridge with a giant Android-esque phone glued to the door. The fridge features some major smart capabilities on its front panel. The Internet of Things Refrigerator by Samsung will be completely unveiled at the upcoming CES 2016.
Although none of the teaser photos show a live screen, it is not clear what the fridge is capable of. No one knows precisely what one might be able to do on this fridge.
Even the interface of the fridge is a complete surprise. The show floor ads by Samsung do suggest some features will be present in the new fridge. For instance it will have features like calendar and weather displays.
Even Pandora and a shopping app will be likely present in the fridge. This is the first time Samsung has taken the phone/appliance connection quite so literally. Pricing and release details of the fridge will be released by next week.
CES is undeniably the ultimate gathering place for those thriving on consumer technology business. The CES 2016 is organized by the CTA and will consist of more than 3600 exhibitors. The convention will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada from the 6th to the 9th of January, 2016.
