A Star-Studded Show: Here Are The Highlights Of The CES 2016

This year’s CES 2016 promises to be one of its best kinds in recent times, and it is a star-studded show that will feature popular celebrities and showcase the latest technological innovations from across the world. The international event will hold in Las Vegas, Nevada between January 6-9, 2016 – and Hollywood stars, professional athletes, TV personalities, and celebrity chefs will all be on hand to host the show one way or the other.

Attracting over 2,200 companies, most of them small businesses and startups, the CES event is put together every year by the Consumer Technology Association to fully represent the $285 billion US consumer technology industry. During the event, businesses will showcase their latest technological innovations and also discuss how these things revolutionize the way consumers live, work, and play.

Justine Ezarik and Joey Graceffa, both YouTube vloggers who have succeeded as entrepreneurs will serve as Ambassadors for the Entertainment Matters Program put together by Variety. The program is aimed at educating the Hollywood community on how to utilize latest technology in the movie industry.

Ryan Seacrest, TV/radio host and producer together with Bob Pittman, CEO of iHeartMedia will take part in the Entertainment Summit put together by Variety on Thursday, January 7 in the LVCC, North Hall, Room N258.

Nice Cannon, entrepreneur and TV/radio personality on Wednesday, January 6 will take part in C Space Storyteller event highlighting the impacts of digital media on career opportunities. This will take place in ARIA, Level 1, Pinyon 5.

Mark Cuban, owner of Dallas Mavericks, together with Shaquille O’Neal of Turner Sports will be part of Tech Investing in Sports conference, and it will be moderated by Brooke Baldwin, a CNN news anchor on Thursday, January 7 in Venetian, Level 2, Hall D.

Dr. Deepak Chopra, founder of The Chopra Foundation, will be taking part in Harnessing the Power: Precision Medicine and Genomics as part of the Digital Health Summit on Thursday, January 7 in Venetian, Level 4, Lando 4303. This will be presented by Living in Digital Times.

A host of other celebrities and top personalities will be featuring one way or the other at various times during the 3-day CES 2016, and this event is one of the best things to happen to the technology marketplace in 50 years.
