Actor Tom Hardy hobnobbed with Leo DiCaprio at the premiere of their film The Revenant. The two also shared a joke or two.
It is indeed a magnum opus, the movie The Revenant. The main protagonist and antagonist of the film were present at the premiere which was in London.
Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy rubbed shoulders and put their best foot forward at the red carpet event. The venue was the Empire Theater in Leicester Square. Leo was bedecked in a very suave coat and crisp white shirt. He also donned an intricate necktie.
Leo had fine stubble that made him look very manly indeed. He waved to his countless fans that had appeared to catch a glimpse of him. The star of the Titanic also signed autographs for his female fans and engaged in handshakes with them.
Tom meanwhile was in the garb of a winter coat with a classic Burberry suit and red tie, according to DailyMail. Tom has already appeared in the movie Mad Max: Fury Road. The two titans from Tinsel Town stood and struck poses for the cameras. They were surrounded by hundreds of their admirers.
Tom Hardy may just grab an Academy Award this time around for his role of the evil villain in The Revenant. Both The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road should receive awards for best pictures of the year.
While they are daggers drawn on screen, Tom and Leo are fast friends in real life. They stood close together at the premiere as the photographers clicked away.
Both stars have already appeared in another film that was titled Inception. The Revenant was not an easy job. The harrowing scenes in conjunction with Nature in the raw had all the stars in a state of agitation.
The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road may get nominations for 22 awards at the Oscars. They are indeed films that give you a solid dose of entertainment.
The challenges the director of The Revenant faced were not one but many. And after the shooting for the movie was over, everyone took a sigh of relief. The extreme conditions shown come close to a form of brutal realism.
