The rumored Apple March event is according to an Asian source a week later than initially rumored.

The Apple March 2016 media event is taking place on March 22nd, according to a new rumor coming out of South Korea. The report appeared on UnderKG, a site with unknown track record for Apple rumors. The report only says that if sources are correct hat Apple has pushed the event to March 22.

Update 02/28: Apple is now said to host the iPhone SE Media Event on March 21.

The report still refers to the iPad Air 3 to be unveiled at the event along with the iPhone 5se. The latest is though that Apple is not releasing an iPad Air 3, but a smaller iPad Pro. The report also still says that the iPhone 5se is based on the A8 CPU. The latest rumors though state that Apple adopts the latest A9 CPU in the iPhone 5se. These out of date rumor details, make the report less credible.

The iPhone 5se is said to run on latest A9 CPU. Other features include Apple Pay, iPhone 6 quality camera, always-on Siri and Live Photos. Color options are supposed to include bright pink. This new iPhone is offering a state-of-the-art iPhone experience, but in a small package with an expected lower price than the iPhone 6S.

Most of the details about what Apple is planning to reveal in March come from 9to5Mac. There are still no leaks from the Asian supply chain that support the reports about the iPhone 5se and the 9.7-inch iPad Pro. Either Apple has found a way to stop parts from leaking or Apple's partners have not started to product anything new, which would make a March launch questionable.

Both new rumored Apple product are by far not as exciting than the iPhone 7. The iPhone 5se is according to latest alleged leaked iPhone 5se schematics a retro release of the iconic iPhone 5S. Some Apple fans will find a small 4-inch iPhone with the looks of the iPhone 5S attractive, but most are excited about the redesigned iPhone 7 coming this Fall.
