Subaru has also released the press release of the new concept. According to the PR, the concept is an expression of ‘Enjoyment and Peace of Mind’. Whatever the expression may have been the concept is easily likeable.
The concept also has the look of the next-generation XV Crosstrek by Subaru. The concept does seem the more rugged and off-road-worthy version of the Impreza.
The next concept will likely have similar ground clearance and utility as the current Crosstrek. The current concept display in Switzerland right now features sweet zigzag headlights.
Some would describe the headlights as ‘hawk-eye’ shaped. The concept display also features orange accents on the grille, bumpers, and wheels. Although the orange accents catch attention right now, it probably won't make it to the production vehicle.
The XV concept by Subaru also seems to have a more muscular look. The concept does have one drawback the exaggerated take on the brand's familiar hexagonal grille.
Subaru has not revealed any engine specifications, but it’s possible it will offer the same engine as the current Crosstrek. The Crosstrek offers up a 2.0-liter in both gas and hybrid power.
