“Valerian” Besson’s Sci-Fi movie will feature Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHaan.
Luc Besson, the director of “Lucy” and “The Fifth Element” is working on another Sci-fi movie named “Valerian” which will be based on the classic novel bearing the same name.

Luc Besson has gained great repute by featuring his imagination on screen. He got the most positive results in the form of the huge success of his movies “Lucy” and “The Fifth Element”’.
His vision and ambition have led him to invest his skills in his new upcoming movie “Valerian”. This movie is adapted from a French series of graphic novels.
Recently Besson released the first official promo image of “Valerian”. In the image he posed with the other two lead artists Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHann.
Both of them will be appearing in the movie as Valerian and Laureline respectively. The picture shows an extent of sci-fi element seldom seen in the past.
Both of the lead actors are seen wearing some seriously armored costumes while sporting futuristic ammo. The suits remind one of the famous video games such as Metal Gear and Pacific Rim.
Their suits are kind of similar to Batman’s new suit as well. The original series depict the adventures of both lead characters fighting for the world.
This movie will be officially named as “Valerian and the City of Thousand Planets”. Besson is trying to adapt this classic graphic novel’s story in a science fiction saga.
Delevingne and DeHaan will be playing special operatives of the government who are all set to help humanity. According to Screenrant, “Valerian” will show the professional and romantic sides of the duo.

The story line follows a plot of difficult situations created by different races that currently live in Alpha City. The duo will fight and plan things in order to save the human race from becoming extinct and ultimately perishing at the hands of other races.
