The iPhone 7 is rumored to have no 3.5mm audio jack. This would enable Apple to make the iPhone 7 thinner and have still more room for the battery. An alleged iPhone 7 circuit board that surfaced on Chinese social media site Weibo shows a 3.5mm audio jack like on the previous iPhones.
The leaked part is from an iPhone 7. There is still a chance that the larger iPhone 7 Plus or the rumored iPhone 7 Pro have no audio jack. The leaked iPhone 7 part could be legit as it is different from the iPhone 6S circuit board. The difference are no proof, but the timing is about right to see the first leaked iPhone 7 parts. Images of an alleged iPhone 7 battery also surfaced this week.
