George Zimmerman Auctions Off Gun He Killed Trayvon Martin

George Zimmerman selling the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin in an auction.

Reports surfaced today that George Zimmerman is selling the gun he used to kill black teenager Trayvon Martin in 2012. In 2013, Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder in Florida. He stayed though in the media attention through incidents. Today George Zimmerman again captures the full attention of media and social media.

The listing of the Kel-Tec PF-9 9mm has a description from Zimmerman that shows that he does not regret anything what happened on Feb. 26 2012.

Zimmerman ends the description with a latin phrase: "Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum", which translates to "If you want peace, prepare for war." 

George Zimmerman has confirmed to Fox 35 in Orlando that he is behind the listing on So this is real and a slap in the face of Trayvon Martin family. The bidding starts at $5,000 at 11am today.

The media coverage and social media outrage is helping Zimmerman to get attention to his auction. It should have just been ignored, but the word is out on all major news networks. George Zimmerman is the #1 trending term on Twitter.
