VW plans to introduce 3 new EV plans and new SUVs.

Volkswagen is doing everything that it can do to put the diesel emissions scandal behind them. However it looks like the company will have to do hard work for a few years to come in order to clear the slate of this kind of scandal.

The company is trying to move forward in a good pace with the idea of a new plan. This plan which is being called the “Strategy 2025” will include a number of EVs and a hybrid vehicles for the future.

The company is adept to put forward technology that will go hand in hand with the concept of zero emission. This strategy will follow a dedicated platform of electric vehicles and a many budget vehicles to be owned by anybody who wants to own a great car.

This plan was introduced on Wednesday at CAR Management Briefing Seminars by Matthias Erb, who is a chief engineering officer in VW for North America.

The plan will include three EV platforms. And these will include as many as 30 electric vehicles for the VW group, according to Automotive News. Each platform or a modulator will have a flexible chassis and will be developed to suit the individual brand of company that will represent them.

The platform also included a fully electronic vehicle called BUDD-e. This vehicles has high tech sensors attached to it and can sense the surroundings thus working on the gestures which will be provided to it. It was also mentioned that this vehicle has the ability to charge up to 8- percent in mere 30 minutes.

It is said that VWs upcoming EVs will be built around battery packs. The company is facing loads of criminal investigations other than the main emission scandal. Thus it really needs to work on its strategy to earn profit and trust fast in future.
