Warranties are very important when it comes to cars and trucks. Most of the companies that offer trucks specifically the full sized trucks like that of Ford and Chevrolet offer a 3 year warranty.

These cars offer a 3 year or 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. This time however Nissan Titan is offering bumper to bumper warranty of 5 years and 60000 miles for the 2017 model.
This new warranty is given by the company so its offered trucks can get an advantage over the others. The offer is valid for 2017 Titan and Titan XD pickups.
"We're pleased to now offer the same confidence-inspiring protection as our commercial vehicles for our entire range of 2017 TITAN and TITAN XD full-size pickups," said Fred Diaz, division vice president and general manager, North America Trucks and Light Commercial Vehicles, Nissan North America, Inc.
"The new bumper-to-bumper coverage shows customers that Nissan stands behind the quality of its vehicles – including the ones that are subject to the hardest use."
It looks like Nissan is pretty confident about its new trucks. This can be reason that the automaker is offering such a huge kind of warranty. If we look at the warranty, the whole truck whether it’s a Titan or Titan XD is covered for 5 year and 100,000 miles total. Whichever comes first is the headache of owner.
This kind of move will certainly put Nissan on advantage as compared to others. The fans and buyers will obviously be more interested in buying a truck which is covered from whole 5 years after its being bought by them.
"Nissan Commercial Vehicle models have experienced remarkable longevity, with some registering more than 500,000+ miles of relatively wear-free service**," added Diaz.
"We think that extending the same coverage to our full-size pickups, whether used for personal or commercial use, is a game changer in the segment."
The price of Titan half ton gas trucks have been revealed as well. All the prices are supposed to start from $35,975. Where the $33,957 is for the basic 4x2 S crew Cab. The Platinum Reserve Crew Cab which is a four-wheel drive truck will cost around $56,595.
Other trucks variants will also cost between the above two mentioned process depending upon the features that are provided in them. The pricing for Single cab model of Titan and Titan XD are soon to be announced. We are expecting it to be revealed any time in the coming week.
"TITAN will ultimately be available in a total of three cabs, three bed lengths, three engines, 4x4 and 4x2 drive and S, SV, SL, PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve trim levels – covering about 85 percent of the total light pickup marketplace," said Diaz.
"And each and every one of them will be covered by the new 5-year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty – the best truck warranty in America."
