Amber Heard requests to delay the ongoing divorce trial from Johnny Depp in order for her new lawyer Pierce O’Donnell.
Amber Heard seems to be changing course of action following ensuing settlement case between her lawyers and Johnny Depp’s. Amber Heard’s deposition for a permanent restraining order against Johnny Depp following a divorce arrangement was supposed to take place last Saturday. TMZ sources reveal that Amber was not called in to testify the whole day but there were other details that came to light.
It was made obvious that Johnny’s legal team came prepared to settle a divorce arrangement. Amber’s lawyers have been pushing for Johnny to come out and confess to domestic violence and abuse directly.
Johnny’s legal team has refused to obligate any such demands since they claim that he has committed no domestic violence or abuse. Amber’s lawyers resorted to produce new evidence this Monday about an incident in which Johnny cut his own finger to write on the wall, accusing Amber of having an affair with her upcoming co-star Billy Bob Thornton.
According to DailyMail, Thornton has retaliated against these allegations saying that he never had an affair with the 30 years old actress. The evidence did not affect Johnny’s team as they persisted for a $8 million settlement. Amber was reportedly demanding much more than that but her legal team seems to be trying to settle.

That might be indicative of why she might have now employed new lawyer Pierce O’Donnell to fight her case. O’Donnell recently repped Shelly Sterling in the Donald Sterling saga. Amber is definitely pulling out some heavy guns. According to Mirror, she also put in a request to delay the trial for two days so O’Donnell could catch up to the case and represent her on Wednesday.
