The chipset is targeted at entry level phones because it has a quad core processor and can support screen resolution of up to 720p.
The chipset uses the 14nm FinFET technology. This enables the chipset to deliver 70% more performance but uses 30% less battery.
No information on the GPU has been released but the processor has four Cortex-A52 cores.
The chipset will be able to support 13MP + 8MP cameras and will enable you to record 1080p video.
