iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
What has people most excited is the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus scheduled to release on the 7th of September. Apple has high hopes that the new iPhone lineup will perform exceptionally well to make up for the low sales that the company has been experiencing recently.
The talk of the town revolving these new iPhones is the latest Apple A1o chip and all that it is capable of doing. According to rumor the new chip is 50% faster than the chip we have in our current iPhones. If this rumors turns out to be true then the new iPhone 7 lineup will comprise of the fastest smartphones in the market.
The increase in RAM is still uncertain but whether we need this 3GB and 2GB bump up for the iPhone 7 Plus and 7 respectively remains the real question, and many suggest that it will be unnecessary. Apple has decided it will no longer offer iPhone’s with the 16 GB storage option which has been a sigh of relief for many. You will now have the option of buying the new iPhone in the 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB storage options.
The inclusion of the 256 GB option has curbed the complaints of many who were unsatisfied with the lack of expandable storage options for the iPhone. In terms of design the antennas on the phone have been relocated and in terms of new things being offered it is rumored that Apple will be launching a Space Black color option for the new iPhone lineup as well. This has all those people excited who were huge fans of the all black iPhone 5s that came into the market all those years ago.
Amongst the things that are going to be different about this new iPhone is the exclusion of the 3.5 mm headphone jack which Apple has chosen to forgo completely. No doubt this change will give the iPhone a more symmetrical look but it will also make the use of an adapter a necessity if the user ever wants to use traditional headphones. Another rumor that might not come to fruition is the smart connector which is supposedly going to come with the new iPhone.
The highlight of the iPhone 7 Plus will be the new dual lens camera while the iPhone 7 will get a bigger camera lens and will come with a 12MP unit with a 1/2.6″ sensor, ƒ/1.9 aperture and 1.3 µm pixels while the former will receive a 12MP units, with 1/3″ sensor, and a ƒ/1.9 aperture. We are hoping that the new iPhone offer IP68 water resistance as all the competition in the market does so.
Apple Watch 2
You might also get to see the Apple Watch 2 make an appearance at the event. According to rumor Appel was planning to inculcate cellular capabilities within the watch but this idea has been put on hold for the moment as Apple couldn’t manipulate the technology to its wishes for the time being. But never the less the new watch offers a GPS chip for better navigation without the need for an iPhone as well as new sensors to improve fitness tracking. In addition to all this the new Apple Watch will have a sleeker design as well as a bigger battery for the 42 mm model.
2016 MacBook Pro
We might not actually see the new MacBook Pro on September 7th but the rumors revolving around it have been going for quite a while. The idea of the new touch screen panel above the keyboard has gained immense popularity and will surely make the new MacBook Pro a hit. We only hoped to see this at the launch event too.

So to conclude, other than a new computer the event will give us a new iPhone, a new watch and new software. Not bad at all. Now all we have to do is keep our excitement in check until 7th September.
