Omlet Arcade adds overlay features to the Pokemon Go app.
The Pokemon Go app lacks communication features. Trainers have no way to chat while on a hunt for Pokemon. Omlet Arcade gives trainers a chat feature right inside the Pokemon Go app. The Omlet technology overlays onto the Pokemon Go screen giving trainers beside chat, the ability to share their smartphone screen and stream Pokemon Go gameplay video to Twitch and Facebook.

Ben Rudolph from Omlet Arcade told us that the Omlet Arcade app has been downloaded over 560,000 times in since the release three weeks ago.
Omlet Arcade also works with other mobile games such as Clash of Clans and Clash Royal. Pokemon Go is though by far the most popular. Trainers share their accomplishments and unusual encounters in videos streamed on social media or uploaded on the Olmet Arcade site.
Like with most 3rd party Pokemon Go software like maps and IV calculators, Niantic is should natively offer these abilities.
Another very popular Pokemon Go chat app is GoChat with millions of users. GoChat is available for Android and iOS. The Omlet Arcade app is only released for Android so far and available in the Google Play Store.
A major Pokemon Go update is likely coming in September. Features that Niantic is working on have leaked.
As long as Niantic is not rolling out the Pokemon tracker feature in the app to all trainers, here is a list of available Pokemon Go maps, trackers and notifiers. Using any 3rd party Pokemon Go software can get your account permanently banned.
