The Sony PS VR virtual reality headset will be released on October 13. Sony's marketing efforts are slowly starting up. In the US Sony partnered with Taco Bell to give away  3,360 free Sony PS VR Launch Bundles valued at $500 each. In Japan Sony has released commercial for the Sony PlayStation VR that is fun to watch. The ad is a wild ride through some of the upcoming PS4 VR games.

Sony tries to communicate the VR experience with visual effects. In one scene a woman flies on an office chair through the air. Also featured in the PS VR ad is the weird title "Summer Lesson, Hikari Miyamoto Seven Days Room" revealed at the TGS 2016 earlier this month. In this digital distributed game you tutor a pretty school girl named Hikari Miyamoto. Appears to be some kind of Japanese fetish game. Watch the PS VR commercial below.

Sony shows in the ad not just games, but experiences including getting scared by ghosts or going down a roller coaster. Some appears to have an interesting mix of launch titles for the PS VR. Sony did not reveal that much yet about what is going to be available. At the PlayStation event on September 7, Sony did not talk much about VR. The company only unveiled the new slim PS4 and the more powerful PS4 Pro console.

This Holiday season will see again a huge console war. Black Friday 2016 will see the best deals on Sony PS4 consoles and Xbox One consoles to date. There are several reasons for this as outline in our report about the Black Friday 2016 Console War.
