Tesla is soon going to introduce Solar Roof with integrated Powerwall 2.0 battery and Tesla charger in SF Bay Area.
It’s been in the news from the past few months that Tesla was in process of acquiring the shared on SolarCity. The SolarCity is in the process of being acquired by Tesla motors soon.

Tesla has the plans to show off the new product of company that has been made in collaboration from SolarCity as well. The product will be launched on October 28th in San Francisco.
Tesla CEO, Musk, announced this week that they are bringing an innovation in the electric cars. They are going to introduce the solar roof with an integrated battery and a Tesla charger for cars.
The merger between Tesla and Solar City is not completed yet. Hopefully the merger would be complete in the upcoming few months. The delay is due to the stake holders and share problems between the different companies.

Musk had earlier announced this project in August, but it got delayed. However it looks that after the announcement date of release shows that the product is ready to be delivered in the market. It is the first time that Musk himself has made an announcement on the behalf of SolarCity about any project.
This concept will introduce solar panels which will be actually attached on the roof in the form of a roof. As traditional ones are attached to the roof with the help of a stand, these are formed in the form of a roof.
The new products like this show the innovation and technology that is upraising in the category of solar energy worldwide. These products which Tesla is calling as “Building Integrated” roof top solar panels will help a lot in energy conservation with the help of new technology.
