Toyota Prius is one of the best selling hybrid cars all over the world. The new Prius was launched a few months back and it was liked by many. However the company has offered a new version of the car that is going to be more practical for many.

The new Prius Prime will be available in a lower price and will be able to provide a range of 25 miles too! The new Prime will go on sale and will be available at the base price of $27,100.

The car will be available in two higher models as well. The Premium will be available at $28,800 and the Advanced will be available at $33,100, according to AutoBlog.

All of these models qualify for the Tax redemption policy that will give the customers a federal tax credit of $4,500 thus making its price lower than the current model. 

The car is going to be pretty effective in saving fuel as well. This car is supposed to offer 55 miles on a gallon in city which is a really impressive figure. Along with that it will have an electric range of 25 miles.

The 25 miles might not sound a lot but if we look at the practicality it is a great number. Most of the people needing to go to work are going to be able to reach at work in these offered 25 miles and some of them might be able to come back as well. Thus making it a great choice in terms of fuel efficiency. 

The Prime‚Äôs price will be set $3000 lower than the current model. The latest Prius model was unable to attract customers like that of the 2012 model. This new feature might boost up the sales of car again too.
