Selena Gomez signed as the new face for the New York company Coach.
Selena Gomez is the new face of the 75 year old New York brand, Coach. Coach confirmed that Selena was the new face of the company. The new partnership entails that Selena will appear in the brand’s ads campaigns starting in the fall.

She will also work with the Coach Foundation in its work with Step Up, an organization focused on girls in underserved communities, she will also collaborate with Coach’s star executive creative director Stuart Vevers on a piece for his fall collection.
Selena has already posted a picture on her Instagram with one of the pouches from Coach. She captioned it with the same statement she made for her collaboration with Coach, she wrote, “I am so excited to work with Coach and love the clothes and accessories designed by Stuart Vevers.”
She also added in her statement that “I am especially looking forward to getting to know the Coach team as well as becoming involved in the foundation’s support of Step Up.On top of all that, collaborating on a piece with Stuart for next fall makes this beyond special to me.”
Stuart Vevers, who was also recently signed by the company for his futuristic outlook on fashion, said of Selena’s partnership with the company, “The fact that she has always loved Coach, and believed so strongly in our philanthropic mission, made her a true Coach Girl”
Of course, hiring Selena is a very strategic move by Coach. She is one of the hottest celebrity in Hollywood right now. A former Disney star, an actor, a hot singer and a trending social media icon, Selena has over 46 million followers on Twitter. Selena is the face that Coach hopes to attract a younger and trendier clientele in.
