According to Hardell long-term use of mobile phones and cordless phones is associated with increased risk of glioma brain tumors on one side of the head over a period of ten years or more.
The catch with this report and all the other reports like this is that you can find as many doctors and scientists willing to say that there is no link between cell phones and brain tumors. Who you believe is up to you and your predisposition to worry I guess.
