Apple came through with the madly anticipated iPhone 3G announcement today at the WWDC 08.
The 3G iPhone goes on sale on July 11th in 22 countries. We have reported about rumors that boxes of what are supposedly iPhone 3G devices are piling at distribution centers and even have arrived at Apple Stores.
So if these rumors would be true the iPhone 3G would sit at Apple stores for another month.
Steve Jobs did not announce a single other hardware product today - "just" the iPhone 3G.
So we still have to wait a whole month until we can get our hands on an iPhone 3G for an affordable $199. More iPhone 3G News
