Storage for the small notebook is 4 GB of flash memory and like the other RazorBook 400 systems, the CE powered machine is designed to boot up in 8 seconds. 3K says the small, low-cost notebook is perfect for students or mobile professionals looking for a cheap Internet appliance.
"This is very exciting news for us since we are bringing a mini-notebook to market for the price of $299 that can support Remote Desktop functionality and comes equipped with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
