Asus in the UK published a table that compares the main features of the currently and soon to be available Asus Eee PC netbooks. Asus created quite some confusion with new Asus Eee announcements and rumors that this table is actually pretty soothing.
The current Asus line-up according to this table consists of six major models: Eee PC 2G Surf, Eee PC 4G, Eee PC 900, Eee PC 904, Eee PC 901 and Eee PC 10000.
Only the Asus Eee PC 901 and the Eee PC 1000 utilize the new Intel Atom CPU.
The question you might be left with is which Asus Eee you should buy? If you want an Intel Atom based Netbook, you might just get the MSI Wind U100 instead, it is cheaper and has got great reviews. If you want a useful and cheap netbook the new Asus Eee PC 904HD is a good choice. The screen is big enough with 8.9 inch and 1024x600 resolution and it features a larger keyboard from the 10 inch Asus Eee PC 1000.
