Apple apologizes to MobileMe and .Mac users for the launch issues the company had with MobileMe last week.
Apple published a FAQ about the free 30-day MobileMe Extension that explains for instance who can get it. The final details on how to get the free month service are not published yet.Apple also acknowledges that "push" is the wrong word for the current way data is synced from a PC or Mac to MobileMe, which can take up to 15min.
I assume Apple is not doing anything about the failing activation servers during the iPhone 3G launch.
