The ear buds use an 11mm neodymium driver with high power and sensitivity. The cord is 1-meter long, friction noise reduction that has an iPhone compatible plug. The air cushion ear cushion changes shape offering the feel of custom ear buds.
The JVC HA-F240 Gumy Air ear bud headphones are now available for $14.95. That is a good price if the ear buds sound better than what ships with the iPod. There is no mic for use making phone calls with the iPhone.
