Niles ZR-6 Multizone Audio System Now Shipping

Niles Audio Corporation has announced that its ZR-6 multizone audio system is now shipping. The system is a multi room audio system that is designed for custom installations. The ZR-6 is a 6-source, 6-zone whole house audio system.

The system features one touch iPod integration and more. The system can distribute and display metadata from the iPod to different rooms along with now playing info. An AM/FM tuner is also built-in. The ZR-6 MultiZone Receiver retails for $1995 and other components range from $99.95 to $799.95.

"The ZR-6 builds on the success of our popular ZR-4630 (aka Gloria) but adds many new features including plug-and-play iPod® integration, weather-resistant keypads and the ability to display metadata from today's menu-based sources," said Frank Sterns, president of Niles Audio. "The ZR-6 hits the `sweet spot' of the market by offering highly desirable features with Niles' fit, finish and quality at an affordable price point," Sterns added.
