Sony unveiled two new interesting pocket cameras today with the Sony Cyber-shot TX1 and Cyber-shot WX1.
Both new Cyber-shot cameras feature a 10.2MP Exmor R CMOS sensor that is supposed to also take great photos in low light conditions.
Another highlight of both new Sony cameras is the new Partyshot feature in combination with the Sony IPT-DS1. The IPT-DS1 pans and tilts the camera while adjusting zoom settings. Face Detection and Smile Shutter of the new Sony cameras recognize and track faces for happy, naturally composed pictures of everyone in the room. Photos of all people at the party are taken automatically.
Both, the Sony TX1 and the Sony WX1 will ship in September.
