The call for touch screen Asus Eee PC netbooks came early on and rumors about Asus releasing touch enabled Eee PCs have been swirling since January.
Now Digitimes reports that Asus is planning to launch touch screen Eee PC computers in the first quarter of 2009.
The new Touch-Screen Asus Eee PC will most likely debut at the CES 2009.
Asus revealed that they are also set to release dual core Atom CPU based Eee PCs as soon as Intel ships them. Via Digitimes.
The new Gigabyte M912V netbook has a touch screen already.
