The new Eye-Fi 8GB Pro X2 SDHC Class 6 Wireless Flash Memory Card was unveiled at CES 2010 yesterday. Amazon is already offering this cool new camera accessory for pre-order for $149.99.
The Eye-Fi 8GB Pro X2 SDHC card has an endless memory mode that uses the integrated 802.11n networking to check if files on the card have been uploaded online.
Once files are uploaded, the card will then start to delete content starting with the oldest on the card to ensure space for new material is available.
The new Eye-Fi card supports WEP 64/128, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK Mac and PC Compatible Wi-Fi Security protocols.
