Earlier this week I reported that a flyer had turned up online that reported that Radio Shack would be offering a AT&T 3G enabled Acer Aspire One netbook at a subsidized price of $99 with a 2-year agreement on mobile broadband. Radio Shack has made the pricing and availability of the system official.

The little Aspire one netbook will sell for $99.99 after a qualifying AT&T mobile broadband agreement of $60 a month of more. The offer is available in 4,400 RadioShack company-owned stores through Christmas Eve.

The little netbook is only 2.44 pounds and measures 9.8-inches x 6.7-inches x 1.1-inches. Only the black version is being offered evidentially and Wi-Fi is integrated along with 1GB of Ram and the Intel Atom N270 processor. Operating system is Windows XP Home and the machine has a 160GB HDD. The Aspire One is the best selling netbook in the country.
