The area includes Exposition Park, the USC campus, Shrine Auditorium, Crenshaw Plaza, and the LA Memorial Coliseum. The new city area will be a free update. At the same time, Rockstar will offer additional content that will require purchase.
The purchase content will add new competitions, races, cars, and music. New vehicles will include more cars and a motorcycle. The pack will also add SUVs to the game. From the sounds of it, you get the city free, but you have to pay for the races that go along with the new area.
