You might think that a case maker leaking a smartphone design is sketchy, but a case maker is exactly where we have seen the first indication of what the some of the new iPod's and the iPhone 3G would look like.
What makes this seem sketchy is that the website shows to have 17 cases for the iPhone Nano available, yet not one single case is pictured. We also haven't seen any iPhone Nano cases tipping up from other case makers. This may be nothing more than a trick to catch the eye of phone geeks wishing for a cheaper iPhone.
