LG will be bundling something that is cool with its camera phones in the form of an application from Scanbuy that allows users of LG camera phones to take a picture of all major 2D barcode formats and then connect the user to more information about the product.
This is something that I would like to see on more phones. We have all been standing at a store looking at some product wondering if it offers the features we want while some sales person who knows less about the product than you prattles on about what a good deal it is. With this application, you can simply shoot a pic of the barcode and get your information.
