E3 Expo 2009 going back to its Roots

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), organize of the E3 Expo updates with some details on the E3 Expo 2009. As already reported back in Summer of last year the E3 2009 is really supposed to get closer to what it was back in 2006.
For starters ESA opens registration again to all credentialed international and U.S.-based media, industry analysts, retailers, developers and business partners. The past two years were kind of a weird vendor inviting based system. The registration of E3 2009 is now open at the E3 Expo site. ESA also announces a list of exhibitors who have already bought floor space at the E3 2009 Expo. There is still floor space available for gaming companies. The highlights of the E3 2009 Expo exhibitors include Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, EA, Activision Blizzard, Take-Two, and Square Enix.
How flashy the E3 Expo 2009 will be is not clear yet. Also whether or not the Booth Babes will return remains to be seen.
The bigger question is: What will Sony do at the E3 Expo 2009 to reignite the Sony PS3?
