Nokia claims that the phone offers image quality on par with stand alone digital cameras. Nokia estimates that the handset will ship in Q2 of 2009 at a price of EUR 375. The device should come stateside as well.
The handset has 8GB of internal storage, which should be enough for about 4,000 images. Memory expansion up to 16GB is available via microSD cards. The phone has an OLED screen and offers PC and TV out functionality as well. Bluetooth is integrated and the device supports GPS navigation.
