A company called Phoenix Marketing International has issued a report on the most popular advertising campaigns for video games and found that Nintendo also has the most popular ads. The top video game ads for 2008 included campaigns for Wii games from Activision, Disney Interactive, EA, Microsoft, and MTV games.
The highest rated of the video game ads for the year were the following. For TV the commercials for Nintendo's Wii Music and Activision's Call of Duty: World at War. In print, the most popular ads were for Nintendo's Wii Fit, Disney Interactive's Disney Think Fast, and MTV Games' Rock Band 2. The most popular Digital ads were for Nintendo's Wii Music, Activision's Call of Duty: World at War, and Ubisoft's The Price is Right.
