Sony unveiled new Sony PSP Entertainment Packs for the United States including the Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack and the Assassin’s Creed PSP Entertainment Pack.
Hannah Montana Sony PSP Entertainment Pack features an eyes hurting lilac PSP console.
The Hannah Montana PSP package includes Disney Interactive’s Hannah Montana PSP game (an exclusive dancing and rhythm action game for gamers to design the show and go on tour as the teen icon), a selection of episodes from the Hannah Montana TV series on UMD, a 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo, and stickers to customize the PSP.
Sony tries to target female games with this PSP in July.
Ubisoft will debut an exclusive installment of the popular Assassin’s Creed game on the Sony PSP later this year. To commemorate this highly anticipated title, Sony will launch the Assassin’s Creed PSP Entertainment Pack that includes the game, a Piano Black PSP, and other content that will be announced later.
Sony also announced some new games for the Sony PSP that will be arriving in 2009. The PSP 2009 line-up includes LittleBigPlanet (Fall 2009), MotorStorm Arctic Edge (Fall 2009), and Rock Band Unplugged.
The Sony PSP is in way better shape than the Sony PS3. I am still waiting to hear plans from Sony on how they intend to revive interest in the PS3 in 2009.
