With the netbook market, booming it makes sense that Apple would want to jump and CNN Money reports that a couple sources close to the project claim Apple has a touchscreen netbook in the works that could hit market as early as the second half of this year.
According to the sources, the netbook would have a screen 9.7 to 10-inches in size and other specifications are still being looked at. If the rumor proves true, my money says that it will be an NVIDIA Ion machine considering the close working relationship of late between Apple and NVIDIA. Apple is said to be working with Wintek and Quanta computer on the netbook. Apple's Steve Jobs has said before that the company doesn't know how to make a $500 notebook that isn't junk.
