New Apple iPod shuffle gets dissected

The new tiny Apple iPod shuffle got released on Wednesday. In case you are wondering what is inside the tiny case iFixit has already broken up a new iPod shuffle and published photos from the inside.

The inside of the new shuffle is dominated by a big chip that seems to just barely fit inside the case. The only other two big parts are the circuit board and the battery.
