Today we are looking at an app for the iPhone and iPod touch called Lose It. The application is a free calorie counter that offers a database of foods and their caloric values along with a database of exercises and how many calories they burn.
The application is perfect for those exercising and watching what they eat. The app keeps a running total of how many calories you consume each day and takes them from a pool of calories you are allowed for your age, height, and weight.
