Asus Eee 1008HA Bios Upgrade available to enhance Wi-Fi

The Asus Eee 1008HA Seashell netbook is still not shipping in the United States, but a new Bios update is already available. Asus posted a brief announcement on their site saying that the 1008HA Bios update is enhancing Wi-Fi performance.
Either the 1008HA ships with a Wi-Fi problem or 802.11n was not supported. Asus is not going into the details on what the upgrade fixes specifically. In either case keep this in mind when you get your 1008HA and upgrade your Bios that you can download here.
As reported the new stylish Asus Eee netbook is available for pre-order on Amazon.com for $409.99, but the retailer is still not stating a shipping date.
