Along with the new film we are getting several odd transformer tie ins. There was a mouse last week that transformed into a robot and this week we get an odd Decepticon from the 80's called Soundwave. Back in the day, he turned into a cassette tape player. Something my son doesn’t even know exists.
What is more odd is that the formerly cassette tape changing bot now turns into a Qosmio notebook complete with fake Windows XP. The Transformer is actually a working four port USB hub. If you are the sort who likes to collect toys, this may be the perfect thing for you. The price is about 5775 Yen.
